Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits

cups purchased chili, heated

cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2
cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
1
container (8 oz) sour cream
1
jar (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Thick ‘n Chunky salsa

    Spray waffle maker with cooking spray; heat waffle maker.

    Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in center of hot waffle maker. Close lid; bake 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining biscuits.

    Spoon 1/2 cup hot chili onto center of each warm waffle. Top chili with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

Add chopped red onion for added flavor.

Use any kind of chili you prefer: beef, turkey or vegetarian!
