Buttery Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

To say this bread is amazing is an understatement. It will have everyone begging for more. Trust me on that one! It’s cheesy, buttery, garlicky, and it’s even gorgeous to look at. The best part is how super simple it is to make. 

I used a loaf of Pillsbury Crusty French Loaf along with garlic butter and Monterey Jack cheese — which gets melted throughout the loaf with melted garlic butter infused into each piece. Start by spraying a large baking sheet with non-stick spray. Remove dough from can. Gently twist dough, and shape into a long log. Lay the twisted dough log onto the baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rest while you preheat oven to 350° F.

Uncover and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bread is golden-brown. While dough is baking, mix the melted butter and garlic together. Once bread is baked, immediately brush with the melted garlic butter. Then sprinkle evenly with parsley.

Let bread rest for 15 minutes before slicing. After the bread has rested, cut 1-inch slices, ¾ of the way down. Don’t cut all the way through. Insert one piece of cheese into each opening.

Place bread back into the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
