Looking for Tex-Mex breakfast using Pillsbury® Grands!® biscuits and Egg Scrambles™ bacon, egg, cheese, and veggie? Serve these pizzas that are ready in 25 minutes. MORE+ LESS-

Ingredients

can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1
bag (8 oz) Pillsbury™ Egg Scrambles™ frozen bacon, egg, cheese, and veggie scramble
1/2
cup salsa
1/2
cup shredded Mexican cheese blend (2 oz)

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    Heat Egg Scrambles according to directions on bag.

    Meanwhile, separate dough into 8 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, place 2 to 3 inches apart. Press each biscuit into 4-inch circle; pinch dough around edge to form rim.

    For each pizza, spread 1 tablespoon salsa over dough; top with 2 tablespoons hot Egg Scrambles. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until edges of crusts are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on pan before serving.
