Bacon-Ranch Skillet Roasted Potatoes
This recipe requires one pan and three ingredients—but yields a whole lot of awesome.

Bacon + ranch is one of my favorite food combos. I also love potatoes and an easy side dish. That’s why this recipe exists. Once you see how quickly it comes together, you’ll want to make it for your family ASAP.

We’re using crispy bacon and a packet of ranch seasoning mix tossed with our red potatoes. There might only be three ingredients, but it’s a whole lot of awesome.

Bacon-Ranch Skillet Roasted Potatoes

I use my cast iron skillet to fry 6 slices of chopped bacon and let the residual grease kick up the flavor a notch. Use your favorite oven-safe skillet. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon, then drain and discard excess grease while reserving about 2 tablespoons in the pan.

Fry Bacon

Add the 1.5 lb diced red potatoes to the pan and toss with the reserved bacon grease. Sprinkle in 1 package of dry Ranch seasoning mix, then return the cooked bacon to the pan.

Add Potatoes

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. Serve right from the pan!
