This veggie and cheese-packed bake is the ultimate easy weeknight dinner. Comfort food in 30 minutes!

I totally understand that sometimes, especially during the week, you feel like just don’t have the time to make a meal. Sometimes, you want something super quick and easy. I get it! I am the same way. I make no apologies for meals where the only appliance required is a microwave. While you do need the oven for this one, it only requires five ingredients, takes 30 minutes (from start to finish!) and the cleanup is practically non-existent. Rare, I know, but possible.

Cheesy Steak and Potato Casserole

Preheat your oven while you cook your beef in a skillet on the stovetop. Once the meat is thoroughly cooked, remove from heat and place in a large bowl. Add thawed potatoes and broccoli florets; toss until evenly distributed. Pour mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish; spread evenly.

Pour cheese sauce evenly over beef and vegetables in dish. Separate your Grands Flaky Biscuits and arrange evenly over top.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Serve immediately.
