Monkey bread is one of those classic comfort foods for me. It’s the best thing to make when you have family visiting. I always like to make a monkey bread and serve it with fresh fruit and a large frittata or quiche. Everyone loves being able to pull apart the warm, ooey, gooey pieces.
I’ve got a new idea for monkey bread. This recipe uses Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Supreme refrigerated cinnamon rolls and cream cheese. It’s a fun little way to change up ordinary monkey bread and is so easy to do!
First, unroll each cinnamon roll on a cutting board. Fold it over onto itself, and then cut in half.
Fold each piece in half, and place a piece of cream cheese in the middle.
Bunch up the dough into a little ball around the cream cheese, crimping the edges.
