A slow-cooked no-fuss chicken soup. Perfect if you love Mexican cuisine.
Peel and dice an avocado, and add just before serving.
If desired, cut additional corn tortillas into strips. Fry in hot oil until crisp, and place on top of soup before serving.
Add 1 small zucchini, sliced, with other soup ingredients.
If desired, substitute 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained, for the chicken.
