Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Separate dough into 5 rolls; place about 3 inches apart on cookie sheet.
  • 2
Bake 18 to 21 minutes or until golden brown. Spread icing over rolls; cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes.
  • 3
Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt thoroughly with fork or whisk until well mixed. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
  • 4
To serve, cut warm cinnamon rolls in half horizontally; top bottom half of each with cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon. Cover with top halves of cinnamon rolls.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Cook bacon on rimmed sheet pan, until slightly less crispy than you’d prefer. Drain on paper towels, then store in resealable food-storage plastic bag in refrigerator up to 4 days. When ready to use, cut bacon strips in half with kitchen scissors, then reheat on a piece of foil in toaster oven or on pan in oven. Or place on a plate, and microwave until warm.
  • tip 2
A serrated knife is the best choice for cutting the baked cinnamon rolls.
  • tip 3
Different types of cheeses, such as cheddar or mozzarella can be used, but they won’t melt as nicely as the American cheese. To melt other types of cheese, heat the bottom half of the rolls with the cheese on top in a toaster oven or microwave, just until the cheese melts.
