Enjoy this cheesy dip that made with beef and sauerkraut – a tasty appetizer served with Pillsbury™ baguette chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar (2.25 oz) dried beef, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
  • 1 can (8 oz) sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped
  • 2 bags (7 oz each) Pillsbury™ Cheddar sun-dried tomato baguette chips

Steps

    In large microwavable bowl, mix all ingredients except baguette chips.
  • 2
    Cover and microwave on High 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is hot.

    Spoon dip into serving bowl. Serve with baguette chips.
