Ingredients

  • 1 can (17.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Cinnamon Rolls with Original Icing (5 Count)
  • 1/2 cup caramel dessert sauce, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Steps

  • 1
Cut two 8-inch rounds of cooking parchment paper. Place one round in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
  • 2
Separate dough into 5 rolls; set icing aside. Place 3 rolls on parchment paper in air fryer basket, spacing apart. Cover remaining rolls with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
  • 3
Set air fryer to 320°F; cook 12 minutes. Place a large plate over air fryer basket, and invert. Discard parchment. Carefully transfer cinnamon rolls back to air fryer, bottom side up. Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and rolls are cooked through. Remove from air fryer; cover loosely with foil to keep warm while cooking second batch. Repeat for remaining 2 rolls, and place on remaining parchment round in basket of air fryer. Cook as directed above.
  • 4
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix caramel sauce and pecans. Spread 1 teaspoon reserved icing on top of each baked roll. Top with caramel mixture. Serve warm. Serve with remaining icing.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Air fryer temperature control settings vary according to brand and model. If your air fryer does not have the exact temperature setting called for in this quick caramel rolls recipe, consult your manual for suggested temperature settings.
  • tip 2
Our recipes do not call for preheating your air fryer. Just set the temperature, and start. Never preheat with parchment paper alone.
  • tip 3
We tested this recipe in a 3.7-quart air fryer. If using a larger air fryer, such as 6-quart size, you may be able to fit more of the cinnamon rolls into one batch for cooking. Be sure to cook them in a single layer, spacing them apart, so they can cook thoroughly.
  • tip 4
For best results, we like to use a caramel dessert sauce which is thicker consistency than a caramel topping. Be sure to warm caramel sauce according to directions on label if not at room temperature so caramel is easier to mix and spread.
