Victory Pretzel How-To

Victory Pretzel with Dipping Sauces
This king-size pretzel will bring down the house. Serve it in your game-day spread for a guaranteed win.

STEP ONE: UNROLL DOUGH

Unroll dough; use your hands to roll into 55-inch long rope.

STEP TWO: SHAPE PRETZEL

Twist each end of dough around the other twice; press down gently where dough overlaps in an X.

STEP THREE: CONTINUE TO SHAPE PRETZEL

Pick up ends of dough and fold over so they rest on the middle of the dough rope; gently press to seal.

STEP FOUR: ADD FINISHING MIXTURE

Brush pretzel with soda and water mixture. Let stand for five minutes, then brush with beaten egg. Transfer to a cookie sheet, then sprinkle with salt. Bake.
