- 2 bags (12 oz each) frozen broccoli florets
- 2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions

Step1Cook broccoli as directed on package; set aside.

Step2In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic in oil about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until golden brown.

Step3Stir in broccoli; cook 1 minute. Stir in lemon peel, salt and pepper.
