Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg white; blend well.

Step2Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level of. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Step3Bake at 375°F. for 8 to 9 minutes or until set. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
