Slow-Cooker Shredded Mexican Chicken Thighs

You have to taste this easy shredded chicken to believe it! In your slow cooker, toss chicken with half a packet of Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix and top with one jar (24 oz) of salsa. In last half hour of cooking, shred chicken and add remaining taco seasoning. Serve with warm tortillas, plus lettuce, sour cream and cheese on the side for the easiest taco night ever.
