STEP ONE: MIX DOUGH
In a large bowl, knead the cookie dough and flour together with your hands until they are well mixed.
STEP TWO: RESHAPE DOUGH
Reshape the dough into a 9x1 ½-inch log.
STEP THREE: MAKE BUNNY FEET
Wrap the reshaped dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 30 minutes. Then remove the plastic wrap and cut the cookie dough into 33 slices. Cut 11 of these slices in 4 equal wedges. Shape each wedge into ovals for the bunny feet.
Place the cookie dough slices and the bunny feet onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until the edges are light golden brown. Cool them for 1 minute before removing them from the cookie sheets to cooling racks. Then allow the cookies to cool completely for about 15 minutes. In a medium microwavable bowl, stir the frosting and 1 to 3 drops of pink food color together until they are well blended. Then microwave the mixture uncovered on High for 10 to 15 seconds, or until the mixture is soft but not translucent.
STEP FOUR: ASSEMBLE BUNNY BUTTS
To make the bunny butt, frost 1 whole cookie slice and 2 bunny feet. Place the bunny feet on the bottom of the cookie as shown in the photo. Place 1 marshmallow in the center of each cookie to resemble the tail. Decorate the bunny paws with candy sprinkles. Then repeat with the remaining cookie slices and bunny feet.
