Can you do this with a cooked ham, that is boneless?

Do you think this would work with a turkey breast? I am allergic to pork, but the recipe sounds delicious.

this was very easy to prepare and very very very tender, i didn't think that ham could be so tender. the only problem i saw with it was it is a little salty for my taste, but my husband loved it and both my kids ( 1 1/2 and 3 ) who are very pickey eaters and don't usually eat meat couldn't get enough. the best part of the meal was that the nest day it was even better, cold or heated up. i had some that i heated on a skillet with some eggs and a ham sandwich for lunch both were so good and still so very tender. can't wait till i make it next week
