Get on a roll and make easy snacks using refrigerated crescent rolls!

Ingredients

can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls or 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet

cup pizza sauce
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese

pepperoni slices (about 1 oz)

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 oz)

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • 2 If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough into 1 large rectangle; press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough into 1 large rectangle.
  • 3 Spread pizza sauce evenly over rectangle to within 1 inch of edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Starting at short side, roll up rectangle; pinch edges to seal. Cut into 16 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  • 4 Top each slice with 1 pepperoni slice and about 1 teaspoon mozzarella cheese.
  • 5 Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. (Bottoms will be very deep golden brown.)

Expert Tips

If using Pillsbury® Big & Flaky large refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, make as directed--except increase bake time to 11 to 13 minutes.
