Ingredients

can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped

package (8 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/2
cup creamy Caesar dressing
3/4
cup shredded Parmesan cheese (3 oz)
1/4
cup chopped green onions (4 medium)
Dash red pepper sauce
Chopped green onions, if desired
1
loaf (8 oz) baguette French bread (about 22 inches long), cut into 1/2-inch slices, toasted if desired

    Spray inside of 1- to 1 1/2-quart slow-cooker with cooking spray. In slow-cooker, mix all ingredients except bread and additional green onions.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours.

    Before serving, stir until dip is well blended and smooth. Top with green onions. Serve with bread slices. Dip can be held on Low heat setting up to 1 hour.

Expert Tips

  • We've called for French bread but you could use a variety of hearty crackers, small breads or breadsticks instead.
