The traditional Thanksgiving casserole gets a gluten-free update with the help of gluten-free Chex™ cereal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen frozen cut green beans
  • 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso™ Traditional potato with broccoli & cheese chowder
  • 2 cups crushed Rice Chex™ cereal (gluten free)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    In large bowl, stir together onion, green beans and soup. Pour mixture into ovenproof 10-inch skillet; spread evenly.

    In small bowl, stir together crushed cereal and cheese. Pour mixture over green beans; spread evenly to cover.

    Bake 25 minutes.
