This impressive-yet-easy tart is a great fall treat that is sure to wow a crowd.
Cinnamon Raisin Apple Tart

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 2 baking apples, thinly sliced
- 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box

Step1In large bowl, stir raisins, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, vanilla and brandy with whisk until combined. Add apples; toss to combine. Let stand 25 to 30 minutes to blend flavors.

Step2Heat oven to 350°F.

Step3Place pie crust in 9-inch tart pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie. Arrange apple slices in circular pattern in crust-lined pan. Pour raisin mixture evenly over apples.

Step4Bake about 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
