For 3 egg souffle, cut all ingredients in half. Bake in 1-quart souffle dish or casserole for 35 to 40 minutes.
Bacon or Ham Soufflé: Add 6 to 8 slices crumbled, cooked bacon or 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham with cheese.
Chicken Soufflé: Add 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken with cheese.
