Oh Yes We Did! Queso-Taco Bombs

Queso Taco Bombs
These taco-flavored, cheese-filled biscuits bombs are a surefire crowd-pleaser!
By Amy Erickson

Here comes another epic flavor combo to add to your arsenal: a crispy, taco-flavored, cheese-filled biscuit bomb. Dare I say this may be my favorite bomb yet? Snatch them up before they’re gone – anyone within range of these babies will be willing to do whatever it takes to get their hands on one!

Queso Taco Bombs

Using a food processor, or a zip bag and rolling pin, crush up two cups of tortilla chips into a fine crumb-like consistency and set aside.

Cut each biscuit in half. Gently stretch each biscuit half around a one-inch cube of cheese and seal well. Next, coat each stuffed biscuit evenly in the tortilla crumbs.

Place each bomb gently into hot oil for frying. I fry up to two at a time. Fry each bomb until they’re golden on all sides and let them cool on paper towel.
