Dinner happens every night of the week, and while I never get tired of eating it, after a while I feel like I’ve worn out certain ingredients. And those ingredients are always the star of the show.
That’s right, I’m talking about poultry, the sometimes unacknowledged dinner superstar that’s been gracing tables nightly for a long time. I’m guilty of sometimes trying to avoid it, but I don’t think it should get a bad rap. It’s a staple. I want to celebrate chicken, try new flavors with it. And most of all, I want to find new ways to eat it.
