Peanut butter and chocolate are an awesome food combination. But what you’ll love most about this recipe is the five-minute buttercream. It’s a cinch to whip up, and it adds just the right touch to the already easy-to-bake peanut butter cookie dough. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 30-second intervals and mix together until totally melted and smooth. This process usually takes one minute total in my microwave, but they tend to vary. Set aside and cool. While the chocolate cools, bake all the cookies according to package instructions and allow them to cool.
