How to Make a Ridiculously Easy Waffle Bar

Waffle iron with waffles, waffles and toppings of sryup, strawberries, blueberries, peanut butter and butter
Skip the messy batter and get straight to the good stuff. Biscuits, cinnamon rolls and, dare we say, sugar cookies make deliciously easy waffles. MORE+ LESS-

Step 1: Pick Your Waffle Base

Start with biscuits or cinnamon rolls. Cookie dough is always an option, too. You just have to add a few eggs to make a waffle “batter,” but the extra step is totally worth it. Case in point: these Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chip Waffles

Step 2: Waffle It!

Spray your iron with cooking spray to avoid any sticky situations. Then place the dough inside and wait for the magic to happen (about 3-4 minutes). Grab that golden waffle—careful, it will be hot—and get ready for the fun part!

Step 3: Add Your Toppings

We like chocolate-hazelnut spread, peanut butter, whipped cream and, of course, syrup. The icing packet that comes with your cinnamon rolls? Use it to make a quick cream cheese glaze. NOM.
