Ingredients

Apple Crisp

  • 4 medium tart apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch-flavored schnapps
  • 3/4 cup from 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic vanilla almond crunch granola

Topping

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon butterscotch-flavored schnapps
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom only of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.

    In large bowl, toss apples, sugars, 1/2 cup schnapps and the cinnamon. Spread evenly in pan.

    In small bowl, mix cookie dough and granola until crumbly. Spread over apples.

    Bake 40 minutes.

    In chilled small bowl, beat topping ingredients with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form.

    To serve, spoon apple crisp into small drinking glasses. Top each with whipped cream and if desired, sprinkle with additional granola. Serve immediately.
