Stir up an easy zucchini side dish that can accompany any main dish, using just 5 ingredients. MORE+ LESS-

medium zucchini (1 lb), cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices (4 cups)

    In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, salt and pepper. Cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until zucchini is golden brown and tender.

Expert Tips

Try stirring in about 1 tablespoon fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs, such as basil, thyme, marjoram or dill weed with zucchini.

Sprinkle with shredded or grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
