    Heat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch pan with foil. Lightly spray foil with cooking spray.

    In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Stir or knead in oats and pecans until well blended. Reserve 3/4 cup dough mixture. Press remaining dough mixture in pan. Sprinkle with apples; crumble reserved dough mixture evenly over apples.

    Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Drizzle with caramel topping; sprinkle with salt. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows.
