Pepper-Garlic Strip Steaks

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 2 boneless beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black and red pepper blend

Step1Heat closed contact grill 5 minutes. In small bowl, mix butter, mustard and chives; set aside.

Step2When grill is heated, sprinkle both sides of steaks with garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper blend; place on bottom grill surface. Close grill; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until of desired doneness. Top steaks with butter mixture.
