- 3 medium cucumbers, peeled, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Step1In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, vinegar, water, salt and pepper; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes to 2 hours.
