Add a tropical sweet twist to your guacamole with chopped mango. So delicious with tortilla chips or added as a topping to your burgers or chicken breasts.
You can substitute 1 seeded finely chopped jalapeño chile or 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne) in place of the hot sauce.
Mangoes can be purchased peeled and cut in the refrigerated section of the grocery store.
To prevent browning, place plastic wrap directly on surface of guacamole.
