Ingredients

  • 2 bags (12 oz each) white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup holiday candy sprinkles (red, white and green)

Steps

  • 1
Line 9-inch square pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over edges of pan for easy removal.
  • 2
In large microwavable bowl, microwave white vanilla baking chips and condensed milk uncovered on High 45 seconds; stir. Continue heating in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until chips are just melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla and 3 tablespoons of the candy sprinkles.
  • 3
Immediately pour into pan; spread evenly with an offset metal spatula. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon sprinkles.
  • 4
Chill at least 2 hours, or until firm. Remove from pan by lifting edges of parchment paper. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters, or into triangles or squares with sharp knife.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
    Store covered in refrigerator.
  • tip 2
After removing from refrigerator, let fudge stand 10 minutes before cutting.
  • tip 3
For giftable cookie cutter fudge, choose your favorite Christmas cookie cutters to cut shapes from the fudge. Package them in gift bags with the cookie cutter included, and give to friends and family as edible holiday gifts.
