Blogger Cheri Liefeld of Adventures in the Kitchen shares a new way to serve spaghetti and meatballs.
Updated Apr 23, 2021

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 1 1/2 cups spaghetti and meatballs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

Steps

  • 1
Stir together melted butter and garlic; set aside.
  • 2
Cut dough sheet into 4 squares; place about 1/4 cup spaghetti and 1 meatball in the middle of each square. Top each with 1 tablespoon of the cheese. To make each roll, fold 1 corner diagonally across to other side. Pull opposite corner over diagonally. Tuck in loose dough, and pull remaining 2 corners over the top and place one over the other.
  • 3
Brush with melted garlic butter, and sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cheese. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Make sure all the corners are tucked in and sealed to ensure the sauce does not leak out of the roll while baking.
  • tip 2
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
