Beef Garden Salad with Tangy Vinaigrette

Ingredients
Salad
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup sliced seedless cucumber
- 1/3 cup sliced red onion, separated into rings
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips
- 1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked seasoned beef strips, thawed
Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Step1In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except beef strips.

Step2In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.

Step3Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Divide salad evenly onto individual serving plates. Top each evenly with beef strips.
