Ingredients

Steps

  •
    1
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Remove from heat; drain, and return to pan.
  •
    2
Stir 2 tablespoons of the enchilada sauce into the beef mixture, then stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese; let cool 5 minutes.
  •
    3
Separate dough into 4 triangles. Divide beef mixture evenly among wide ends of triangles. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle, rolling to opposite point. Place each filled crescent into baking dish.
  •
    4
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over filled crescents. Top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  •
    5
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crescents are golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes.
