Baked Potato and Bacon Galette

Ingredients
- 1 crust from 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 bag (19 oz) frozen roasted potatoes with garlic & herb sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
- 2 tablespoons cooked real bacon bits
- Chopped green onion, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Unroll pie crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread sour cream in center of crust, leaving 1 1/2-inch border around edge.

Step2Microwave potatoes as directed on bag. Transfer to medium bowl; toss with cheese. Spoon potato mixture on top of sour cream. Sprinkle with bacon. Fold edge of crust over filling, pleating crust as necessary.

Step3Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Top with green onion.
