Ingredients

  • 4 apples, any variety, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce, warmed

Steps

  • 1
Arrange apple slices on a plate like you would nacho chips. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and coconut.
  • 2
Drizzle with caramel sauce, and serve.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Warmed peanut butter or hazelnut spread with cocoa can be substituted for the caramel sauce in this recipe.
  • tip 2
I like to use Fuji apples for this recipe, but any sweet or tart, crisp apple will work.
