At the risk of prompting pumpkin fatigue (is there such a thing?), we’re sharing our latest obsession: Harvest Pumpkin tortilla chips from Food Should Taste Good.

They’re sweet and savory all at once, thanks to a hint of cinnamon and nutmeg, plus the salty crunch you want from a tortilla chip. Go ahead and eat them straight out of the bag (you know you want to), or serve them with a fall-friendly dip. We recommend this Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Dip (if you don’t like goat cheese, cream cheese is a great substitute). Pumpkin pie super fans might prefer pairing their chips with this Pumpkin Ginger Dip for a sweeter snack. I’d add some melted chocolate to the mix, but that’s just me.
