The best resolutions are the ones that you can keep. Forget twice-daily workouts, constant positivity or a full-sail character overhaul. Focus instead on the little things, such as adding more vegetables to recipes that are already simple to prepare. Here we’ve compiled five main dishes along with quick extras to throw in. Now there’s something you can feel good about.

Two-Bean Minestrone

Throw in: Frozen Chopped Spinach

How to do it: Microwave spinach to thaw when you’re adding the pasta to the slow cooker. Stir in thawed spinach at the very end.
