Ingredients

  • 1 round (8 oz) Brie cheese
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit
  • 2 medium apples, cored and cut into 12 slices each
  • 24 round buttery crackers (about 3.5 oz)

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line small cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or foil. With small knife, carefully cut jack-o'-lantern face in top of Brie, gently removing white outer crust and some of the cheese from under the cuts to reveal the face.
  • 2
Using small spoon, spoon 1 tablespoon apricot spreadable fruit into cutouts of face. Place Brie on cookie sheet.
  • 3
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until sides feel soft and Brie is warm. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup apricot spreadable fruit, apples and crackers.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
We suggest serving this dip with apple slices, but it tastes great with pear slices, too.
  • tip 2
Brie is a soft, rich and buttery cheese with an edible white coating or rind. When heated, it becomes very soft and spreadable.
