Ingredients

Rolls

Topping

  • 2 oz cream cheese (from 8-oz package), softened
  • 2 tablespoons seedless strawberry jam
  • 2/3 cup chopped fresh strawberries

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round or square pan with cooking spray.
  • 2
Separate dough into 5 rolls; reserve icing. Place rolls in bottom of pan, spacing slightly apart. Pour whipping cream over tops of rolls.
  • 3
In small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Drop by tablespoonfuls over tops of rolls, stirring mixture each time. Cover with foil.
  • 4
Bake 15 minutes. Uncover, and bake 12 to 15 minutes longer or until dough is baked through in centers of rolls and edges are light golden brown. Let stand 2 minutes.
  • 5
In small bowl, mix cream cheese with reserved icing, using whisk, until smooth. Spread mixture over tops of baked rolls. In another small microwavable bowl, microwave jam uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds or until warmed through and thin enough to drizzle. Use a spoon to drizzle warm jam over rolls.
  • 6
Top with fresh strawberries. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
We found that a 9-inch metal round or square pan works best with this recipe so dough has enough room to expand while baking.
  • tip 2
Cut a piece of parchment paper to line bottom of pan for easy cleanup.
  • tip 3
Stir the melted butter-brown sugar mixture each time before dropping tablespoonfuls over tops of rolls to keep the mixture evenly mixed.
  • tip 4
For extra decadence, serve any remaining cream mixture from the pan alongside the rolls.
