Ingredients

Pork

  • 4 (4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops
  • 1/4 cup lite soy sauce

Salad

  • 1 cup chopped peeled peaches
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 jalapeño chile, seeded, finely chopped

    Heat grill. Place pork chops in shallow glass baking dish; pour soy sauce over pork. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.

    In medium bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently. Let stand at room temperature to blend flavors while grilling pork.

    When ready to grill, remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Place pork on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once. Serve salad with pork.
