Ingredients

  • 12 frozen breaded butterfly shrimp, tails on (from 9.2-oz package)
  • 4 biscuits from 1 bag (18 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Garlic Cheddar Biscuits (15 Count)
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown or creole mustard
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Line large sheet pan with cooking parchment paper. Place shrimp on one side of pan. Bake 5 minutes.
  • 2
Place frozen biscuits on pan with shrimp, 2 inches apart. Bake 15 to 19 minutes longer, turning shrimp once, until biscuits are golden brown and shrimp are heated through.
  • 3
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish and mustard.
  • 4
To serve, carefully remove tails from shrimp, and discard. Split warm biscuits. Top bottom half of each with 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture. Top with 1 slice tomato, 3 shrimp and 1 tablespoon shredded lettuce. Cover with top half of biscuit.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Instead of the mayonnaise mixture, you can use remoulade sauce or spicy mayonnaise.
  • tip 2
Like a little heat? Serve with your favorite hot sauce.
  • tip 3
Not sure how to remove tails from shrimp? Just pinch each tail, gently twist and pull. If preferred, cut off tails with kitchen scissors or sharp paring knife instead.
