How do you make weeknight dinner easy? Throw everything on a sheet pan, and it’s ready in no time. This easy sheet-pan dinner combines sausage, green beans, onion and potatoes for a well-rounded dinner the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb sweet or hot Italian sausage links

    Heat oven to 400°F.

    In rimmed sheet pan, arrange 1 lb baby potatoes, halved, 1 lb green beans, trimmed, and 1 red onion, sliced. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season with salt and pepper; toss to coat. Top with 1 lb sweet or hot Italian sausage links.

    Bake about 40 minutes or until sausages are cooked through.
