Make your own meaty, cheesy pizza fast with this easy 6-ingredient recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 4 oz bulk Italian pork sausage, cooked, drained, crumbled (1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/3 cup matchstick pieces green bell pepper

Steps

    Heat oven to 425°F. Grease large cookie sheet with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough into 14x12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.

    Spread sauce over partially baked crust; top with 1 cup of the cheese. Top with sausage, pepperoni and bell pepper. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until crust is deep golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Like it hot? Use hot Italian sausage, or sprinkle the pizza sauce with 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
  • For an even richer cheesy flavor, use Italian 6-cheese blend in place of the mozzarella.
