- 2 bagels, split, toasted
- 4 thin slices tomato
- 4 oz. Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup real bacon pieces

Step1Top each toasted bagel half with tomato, cheese and bacon. Place on broiler pan or ungreased cookie sheet.
