    Heat oven to 350°F. Bake biscuits as directed on can.

    Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add ham; cook 2 to 4 minutes or until browned. Turn; cook 2 to 4 minutes longer or until browned on second side and heated through. Using tongs, transfer ham to plate; cover to keep warm.

    Stir coffee, water and sugar into drippings in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens slightly and reduces to about 1/4 cup. Split warm biscuits; top bottoms with ham. Evenly drizzle with gravy; add biscuit tops.
