Grilled Turkey-Stuffed Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients
Sauce
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup drained shredded cucumber
- 2 radishes, halved, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
Pitas
- 4 lean fresh ground turkey patties (1 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons purchased Italian salad dressing
- 4 ( 6-inch) pita (pocket) breads
- 8 thin slices tomato
- 4 leaves leaf lettuce
Instructions

Step1Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Set aside. Brush turkey patties on both sides with salad dressing. Cut off 1 inch from top of each pita bread. Wrap pita breads in foil using double-fold seals.

Step2When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. Heat foil-wrapped pita breads on grill as turkey cooks.

Step3Fill pita breads with cooked turkey, tomato and lettuce. Spoon sauce into sandwiches.
