Grilled Maple-Herb Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Pork

  • 1 (1-lb.) pork tenderloin

Instructions

  • Step

    Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Set aside.

    When ready to grill, place pork tenderloin on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 20 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning frequently and brushing with glaze during last 10 minutes of cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut pork into slices. Discard any remaining glaze.
