How to Make Cinnamon Roll Bunnies

These a-dough-able cinnamon rolls are as easy as they are cute! Make them for Easter, springtime brunch, or as a fun treat anytime!

1. Create the Bunny Heads

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray, and place 4 cinnamon rolls on the pan, about 3 inches apart.

2. Shape the Ears

Unwind remaining 4 rolls into long dough strips, place each strip on its edge, bring the strip ends together, and attach to each bunny head. Gently shape strips to create floppy ears as shown in photo.

3. Bake

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.

4. Decorate

Spread icing on warm rolls. On each bunny, place two chocolate chips for eyes, 1 red candy-coated chocolate candy for nose, and 2 almond slices for teeth. Serve warm.

How to Store (and Reheat) Cinnamon Roll Bunnies

Here’s how to store leftovers so you can enjoy them later.

Refrigerator

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Be sure to store leftovers within 2 hours of finishing preparation.

Freezer

Freezing cinnamon rolls may compromise the texture, so we do not recommend storing leftovers in the freezer.

Reheating

You can eat your leftovers without reheating or allow them to come to room temperature. If you would like to warm your leftovers, heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds, adding 10 to 15 second increments if needed, until warmed to the desired temperature.
